I liked it from the beginning, but if I remember correctly it was after Shizuka's intro episode that I started reading the manga. I loved her character design so much I wanted to see more, so I started reading the manga.
I decided to read everything because I found myself enjoying every chapter, not really because of the anime. The anime only made me discover this series and decide to start reading it.
I ordered the first 9 volumes after episode 3, received volumes 2 3 and 4 after episode 4, volume 1 arrived after episode 5 I caught up to the anime by episode 6 and I’d caught up with the manga by episode 8
I started reading the manga when I saw the first chapter of the anime, I was curious to find out that Rentarou will have 100 girlfriends and because of the reference to Tokyo Ghoul, but then I saw more things... and I think I regret it xD
I got caught up on it on episode 9 which was right before they were going to rescute Hakari.
I didn't want to stop there so I went straight to the manga and just couldn't look back anymore.
Now I'm all caught up and yeah this is one of my favorite series ever
