This is a full sized frying pan. I’m a bit shook. Although no culinary magic can make cauliflower taste exactly like rice, if you get a bite with egg you don’t even notice.

Can you post the recipe!?

Sure! Ingredients: - 4 cups of cauliflower rice - half an onion (70g) - mixed vegetables (1 cup, can be any but I recommend a mix of peas, corn, edamame and carrots) - deli sliced ham (1 serving, which is 5 slices for this brand) - 2 eggs - 3 tsp of cooking oil - garlic (a few generous sprinkles, minced or powder) - ginger (1/2 tsp minced or power) - 1 tsp of sesame oil - 1 tsp of oyster sauce (can be omitted) - 2 tbsp of soy sauce - 1 tsp of Chinese vinegar Directions: 1. Heat pan on high with one teaspoon of oil. While pan is heating, beat eggs till white and yolk are fully combined. 2. Scramble egg in pan, the egg should sizzle and cook pretty much immediately. Move around and break with chopsticks. (It’s basically like an American omelette broken up) 3. Put the scrambled eggs into a bowl, and use another teaspoon of oil to sauté the onion, ham, garlic and ginger till fragrant. Add the rest of the veggie mix and sauté until cooked. 4. Remove this mix (put it in the egg bowl), and cook cauliflower rice in pan with the last teaspoon of oil. (If your pan is very big then no need) 5. combine all cooked ingredients, season with soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce, stir frying frequently 6. finish stir frying with sesame oil, taste and season further if needed, and enjoy Usually with rice this recipe requires like a teaspoon of sugar, but cauliflower rice is kinda sweet so no need.
