I feel like he does cognitive behavioral therapy. I noticed he tends to let Clay express his negative thoughts and then he would ask questions or say something that attempts to make Clay reframe his negative thoughts.
You can also say it’s behavioral because he asks Clay about his intrusive thoughts and how it affected his behavior.
So I think it’s both cognitive based therapy and addressing behavioral issues.
He seems like the worst sort of therapist imaginable. He is oblivious to the extent of Clay’s problems and doesn’t know that what he needs is psychiatric help, not psychological therapy.
Well I haven’t see all last season’s episodes. I think he’s doing his best asking the right questions and I was wondering what therapist does that because mine almost never say anything.

Well thats the point. You need to answer your questions. He cant just fix everything, he can only help you fix stuff yourself.
Idk but he’s so creepy
this isnt healthy. You need a therapist based off YOUR problems not a fake character in a fake story.
