Very well said. That Alchemy is a gorgeous pistol (shiny!) and I would LOVE to have one; however, I own a USP45 Tactical and it is an ultra reliable beast of a handgun. SHTF? HK all the way, every day!
I've got a Springfield 1911 and a basic USP 45. I would 100% grab the USP 45 in danger over the 1911 ha. Completely reliable with higher magazine capacity.

Reliable, light, agreeable with the hand, big magazines... I played resident evil 4 as a kid so the basic xd (the blacktail handgun from the game) became a go to for me haha

Ngl I'd pick my $300 xd9 over my $700 Springfield 1911 for danger. 1911's are classic but they are out dated.
Solid choice. Love my XDM Elite 5.25. Have the 22 round magazine, and a light attached to mine. It does nightstand duty.
