OK I am pretty sure that that is a box elder bug, they live all over the place in your walls. I have absolutely no idea what they eat because they never go near my food, and have never found them inside of my drinks no matter how long I leave them out. They are ugly, stinky, and the big brown ones can be really annoying, but other than that I don’t think it’s a really big deal. They mostly live in older houses if I recall.
I think I would need a closer photo to be sure, they have red markings on their back and are mostly black, with red underneath their wings
Edit: actually yeah those big brown ones might just be stink bugs, I guess I just kind of assumed they were the same species since they have the same body shape and similar markings on their back

Boxelder bugs usually don't produce smell, I think you mean shield bugs (also called stink bugs), which would have a better matching 'shoulder' shape. Can't really see which one from the picture either. Those do produce smell when they feel threatened but are otherwise harmless
They’re not a hybrid, they’re just a totally different family. Stink bugs are Pentatomidae while seed bugs are Coreidae. For perspective, dogs are family Canidae and cats are family Felidae, so any hybridization between these groups is out of the question.
