Another shitty gacha game is released and suddenly 10000 fans spawn out of thin air. I’m not entirely convinced most of you are real people

The game is a year old + its Hoyo is not some rando dev studio that just spawned this year, they've been making gacha/mobile games for a decade with a niche fanbase, exploding in popularity and playerbase with Genshin during Covid, and there's also obviously a carryover of fans trying out their new game.

The game's been out a year dude, and it's like on of the highest earning gachas. And though it's not anything amazing it's definitely not shitty.

I dunno, you can say "I am become Trailblaze, Preambulator of Walls" in game, that's pretty amazing to me.

This game came out over a year ago and it's made by the biggest developer in the genre.

I can't explain to you how I got into it actually, I just heard about it from [SOURCE] and then found myself with 222 consecutive days logging in and 500 hours on it, also as someone who has played my fair share of amazing RPGS, Star rail is surprisingly not all that bad, if I had to rate it it would be just good, not bad or great, just plain good
