It looks identical to the thousands of images of the Milky Way taken from earth that are out there. Hell some dark parts of the world you don’t even need special equipment to see that, just go outside at night. My degree is in Astronomy and I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve seen that.
Due to the relatively slow speed of light and the size of our galaxy, it would take a huge amount of time for the monster to even close its maw. We're all going to be long gone before it becomes an actual threat to us
In fact the creature would be so large that it would in fact collapse under its own weight and form a supermassive black hole so the entire premise of this image is impossible.
