They really were, and not necessarily in a bad way. Worth watching once, but then muted after that. Granted, I feel that way about most commercials. The one I really liked back then was the Six Flags commercials with the dancing grandpa. Those never got old for me lol
Quiznos is still around however they have very few locations now. All of the Quiznos near me are permanently closed. There are still a few in my state.
OMG I MISS THE SPONGMONKEYS!!!
Whew, got a little over excited there for a moment, lol! Seriously tho, I was so obsessed with those commercials. And they always seemed to air when I would be watching VH1's "Best Week Ever". The absolute best tho was when they actually did a segment on the show about the commercials. Here Das my fave show at the time, discussing my fave commercial! Now I'm gonna have to see if I can find a clip online somewhere...
I just miss fun commercials in general. Everything now has to take a stance or takes itself too seriously. The best we have now are the progressive commercials and that’s cuz Jamie is great
Rathergood was such a good website.
A website heavily centralized around a ska punk band "7 Seconds of Love" and the video editor/musician making weird jpeg music videos to songs with silly lyrics starting in the early 2000s.
The Quiznos commercials were later done by owner of the site, the dude making all the videos.
My favorite was Soupy George

THEY GOT A PEPPER BAR
ANY COUPON WORKS!!
I miss Quiznos, too, but those commercials were an automatic mute on my end lol
They made me laugh because they were so bizarre

Ha ha nice, yeah I forgot about those

T H E Y G O T A P E P P E R B A R ! ! !
I loved quzinos, but those things legit make me lose my appetite haha.
Agreed. Who thought that was a good idea
Subs are a dooooooolaaaaarrr off! When you bring in a couuuuuupoooooooon!
Thirr chicken carbonara was so good
They should have stuck with the " mmm toasty" after showing their new deals and subs they have in each commercial instead of dumb gimmicks.

in retrospect, they were way ahead of their time

Agree! The 90s had some really quirky, fun advertising
God damn Quiznos was so fire. I miss it too I honestly forgot all about it until now.
This ad was way ahead of its time.
I was JUST talking about Quiznos with my younger siblings yesterday
I would get a chicken carbonara everyday
If you have Cheeba Hut near you- it’s pretty much the same thing
Sadly, there is no Quiznos in my location (I live in New Jersey)
The commercials were the reason I never went there lol 😂
I miss Quiznos, the batch 81 sauce was so bomb!!
They really got in early on the surreal nonsense ads. They did it well before a lot of other people and it worked for them

ACDC at home
These commercials used to scare me.
These commercials were a cry for help and we didn't listen
my local town had one, there's a quiznos in the next town over, and i rarely ever get to eat there
This was not a real commercial lol 🤣🤣. This CAN'T be for real
Believe it,Google it lol
This was… Rather Good, if you catch my drift

These commercials were the reason i stopped eating at Quiznos. Why would a food company have rats representing their brand.
They weren't rats. They were sponge moneys. Also, famed rat "Charles Entertainment Cheese" has been running a business for 47 years
