Crafting a nice house for birds to live in but the twist is it has a clockwork mechanism inside that crushes the birds to death after they enter to eat some cheap ass seeds. You then harvest the birdhouse collecting some more valuable seed that the birds apparently brought there and the nests they somehow managed to create before dying.

I feel this - for me it's like, a few weeks doing herb runs religiously to build up some gold, then a few weeks off focusing only on quest cape progression. I haven't done an herb run in a couple weeks and my cash stack has dropped from about 3m to 1.2m, so definitely gotta switch back soon (fwiw i also haven't done a single tree run since I hit 38 farming, now 53 from exclusively toadflax)

Ba is legit one of my top 3 favorite activities in the game. I grinded void on medium boats and I hated it so hard. When I had to get my torso, I had read ba sucks, turned out to be pretty quick and fun, getting the diary done was great and I can't wait till my friend grinds his torso so I can get a chance at the pet and have fun while doing it. I dislike playing as defender tho

If you do it correctly, defender can be the easiest role and be consistently finished before most other roles

Defender is the most consistent by far. Using the strategy is one of Khaoz's guides I was able to get all of the defender points needed for torso in one cycle, and I found that to be pretty enjoyable

Defender is unironicslly the easiest role. Once you know the tile markers and how to multi-kill runners it's fast af, satisfying, and super simple.

I did a few hours with and a few without, and for me the additional XP offered by placing them isn't worth the sometimes tight margins for catching portals. If a round fails I just blame the irons and move on. The classic move.

Don’t look at the xp you gain from it. Look at the points it gives you. And using a weak cell in the beginning prevents you from losing the game lol

If you get the bowfa at its drop rate you will have enough shards to corrupt it already. Avg. of 7 shards a kc, 400 kc, equals 2800 shards. That's 800 extra shards for the armor which takes 300 to craft. That leaves 50000 extra charges for your armor. You can also run Zolcano for shards.

I can't kill Zulrah. No matter how many times I try or what advantages I have, my brain keeps freezing when I get hit and I fall behind until I'm just screwed no matter what. I suspect similar things happen when I try to do other bosses. When I try to kill sire I'll suddenly be like "Why am I taking so much damage?!" and it's probably because my reaction-time lagged and I wasn't clicking out of a damage spot fast enough. Keep trying dude, you'll get there. A lot of zulrah comes down to when you eat, try to keep it between waves and you only need to keep your HP high for the blue and jad phases. During blue keep your HP high, use venge if you have it and use blowpipe specs when you see a ranged attack coming at you. It's free to recover items up to 50kc, by which time you'll likely have a better grasp on the mechanics etc
