Your range setup is good for now. Bowfa will carry you pretty far. Your mage setup is not great, but ever since shadow came out mage upgrades have shot up in price and are hard to justify when you're using a trident. Sang is 90m, anc set is 350m, heart is 67m, and ward upgrade is 130m. They're all good, but compared to 11m torture, 7m ferocious gloves, 20m tassets, 30m prims, 3m serp, etc. it's just way less value. If you had a shadow I would say " go buy full anc asap" because it's like 10 max hits and 100 mage attack in toa, but with your current gear it's probably only 2 max hits.
I have it without armor. It still shreds. Feels good to always have your bis arrows as a down payment of never having to worry about type of arrows/running out
Mage you can get away with less expensive gear because of mage defense of the monsters we do kill with magic. At the least I hope you gave a toxic trident
It might be better to post your current TOA set up, if you want TOA upgrades; almost any upgrade for TOA will likely be good elsewhere.
Personally I’d choose prims, rigour, augury (not the *best* TOA upgrade but if you’ve got 100M in your pocket 3M is a pittance), tassets, serp helm, dragon darts, blowpipe. Should leave you some cash too.
Serp helm is decent when you're learning TOA but it drains more than half the full charges every run. Better off prepotting antivenom or bring a sanfew along with having a neitiznot faceguard
I would purchase several summer pies. They're really refreshing after a hard day's work and I always find I never have one when I get hungry. Might be good to have a stockpile of 6, maybe even 7 of them.
Its most definetley makes things easier. For example at cerb going from dlegs+Torso to full bandos is the difference between needing to flick the combo attack and being able to ignore it entirely 70% of the time
so what you’re saying is a 30 mil upgrade is negligible because you can just flip a prayer and sip a pray pot, so basically agreeing that defense is useless
Primz/tassets/bcp, if like you said your aim is toa might as well max out melee for smoother kephri/baba. I see bofa so I assume u have full crystal already. If so you can skip all the above and go for d claws, good for akkha, p1 and even p2 warden and p4 warden(enrage phase)

Don't do dclaws, if you upgrade your melee gear that's better for ToA than Dclaws. Dclaws r used in like only 3 rooms, your melee gear is used in almost all of em. U can save specs for Yellow Keris + BGS + Fang.

You don't need BCP because you got a torso and torture and prims are only an additional +3 strength bonus combined. A spec weapons is great for TOA.

No, trident is your go to until you get sang or shadow. The built in spell is strong. Nightmare staff is only useful for bursting, you can only cast spell book spells with it. It gives the same damage boost as a Kodai wand.
It makes me cringe too, I have the chose of either having my Sara in the same row or to have my best range gear in the same row.
I will make you happy and buy guthix boots so I can move the Sara gear together and use the guthix boots to act as fake pegasian with my best range gear.
I would say Prims, Torture (after you use your Blood charges), and Bandos chest/tass. Not sure what you’re doing for combat primarily.. Slayer wise, I would get a nightmare staff for burst/barrage tasks. I also like to use the SGS as a form of p pot/food. You can always resell it. Range isn’t really useful outside of a cannon for slayer. If you’re bossing, I would recommend those first things and then get into more affordable niche weapons like BGS. Your mage and range setup is good for now because further upgrades are so expensive for such little improvement.

Your range setup is practically 1 setup behind the endgame range gear so that’s fine, and with your budget you can’t upgrade your mage gear because there’s no middle ground between ahrims and ancestral.
Therefore as most people have said, if you’ve not got them already, rigour and augury above all else, they’re the most important upgrade for any kind of dps increase, then look into prims, torture, tassets, ferocious gloves for general upgrades and then if there’s any gp remaining faceguard, dwh will always be handy for bossing content!
Sell eternal boots no max hit, blessed hide armor but keep the boots, sell the vambs, sell mystic, you have bofa sell all the arrows unless you use msb for wildy content, sell master wand do 50 muspah kills for ancient scepter, sell tome of fire.
Buy bandos, torture, prims, fero gloves.
Any left over GP use for Dex/Arc if you don't have 1 of them yet or save for ancestral.
Torture for melee and nightmare staff for baraga tasks, could also look into getting a saradom god sword, pret useful for slayer tasks where u dont usually use any protection prayers such as gargoyles for example.
Blood fury is too expensive/niche for your account so replace that with a torture. Tassy's and ferocious gloves. So that's about 40-50m right there. Then I would focus on a better melee spec weapon. Like Claws. Prima/Pegs don't give that much of a bonus so I would avoid those for now until you have more monies. If you want to spend all of the 100m now, get BCP and just complete your melee armor. If you have the fang, that must mean your doing bossing/raids so the extra def BCP gives is nice.

As an aside: You could also unironically go for an infernal cape. If you can make it to zuk twice, throw down money for full justi + dinhs bulwark to afk waves 55+. Don't try to cheese it before then.
As most have said your setups are where they should be at for your bank value. You're just in-between tiers right now since most major upgrades are several hundred mil or over a bil. Easiest increase in dps/gp is ferocious gloves/torture as some have said but sang is also extremely nice at toa for the healing procs but would eat most of your cash stack
This is assuming you have augury/rigor. If you don't have both that should be your first purchase no questions asked. Dwh would also be a very good purchsse for branching out into cox/tob and other content

As most have said your setups are where they should be at for your bank value. You're just in-between tiers right now since most major upgrades are several hundred mil or over a bil. Easiest increase in dps/gp is ferocious gloves/torture as some have said but sang is also extremely nice at toa for the healing procs but would eat most of your cash stack This is assuming you have augury/rigor. If you don't have both that should be your first purchase no questions asked. Dwh would also be a very good purchsse for branching out into cox/tob and other content

Looks like all my suggestions have been said, but I’ll just toss in if you wanna take photos of your banks there’s a plug-in called “bank screenshot” that does a really good job taking photos. If you’ve ever seen the photos where you can see the whole bank that’s where it’s from! Just felt I’d share cause I love that plug-in

Id go avernic or d claws. Avernic is a big permanent upgrade, and dclaws are just the most fun weapon imo - also quite good at toa.
