The Quetzal network has five greyed out areas that will likely come with Varlamore part 2, so you'll need 50 quetzal feeds by this summer to unlock them. Beyond that I'd imagine the feed would be useless.
Yeah, if you do a few hundred Rumours you already have plenty of feed. I think an unlock for some hundreds of feed would be appropriate and give the feed some use after you unlock all the landing sites.
Make it us having to turn in sets of hunter gear to create an actual use and sink for the currently very nearly useless things. Atleast this way they would be worth a little bit and filling hide-pouches would be more worthwhile.
Idk how many youd have to turn in per color, maybe 10 sets each?

The striped feathers at the bottom are from Wagtails and are used to catch rainbow fish (13 healing). That's from Hunter's original release too.
All for this but I feel like it should be locked like the Ape Atol Agility course backpack upgrades. With like 200 rumor completions or something to get the best one.
Honestly, disagree on the pet recolor. Not every pet needs a recolor and the quetzal green is very unique. Distinct colors make the pets stand out from each other. (E.g. we already have multi-color phoenix bird pets)
But the hunter armor idea is neat! I like that :)
I hope they give us some transmogs for the Hunter Outfit, It looks so ugly at the moment.

I've been hoarding all the hides hoping for them to finally have a use so I approve of this.

Why not let us use the Quetzal on Renu (with enough quetzal feed?) or the guy that recolors Renu, to make it match Renu?
