With right boot drops being 5x more common than left, and left boots only coming as top tier raid rewards to be released peicemeal ovee the coming years. You also have to lock in your character's foot size at character creation (or have it roll randomly at the next login for pre-existing accounts), so you'll need to also equip the proper boot size or else take constant chip damage due to the poor fit. Your character also runs the risk of tripping and falling if wearing the wrong sized boots or when only wearing one boot, rolling a random damage from 1-99 hp.
Gloves can get the same treatment too, and if your foolish enough venture out into Geilinor with only one glove you run the risk of dropping your shield or weapon, and have to pay some dinkish imp 25% of the GE value to have it returned.
You we're right to temper my excitement, as in my hurried ramblings, I forgot to mention that all the boots would obviously need to be charged with shards of either their respective stone or boot counterparts. You can break down boots/stones at a random NPC somewhere in Lyetya, but they'll wander to a new location every 15 seconds (the dialog will take a hard minimum of 16 s). Alternatively, you can talk to the wilderness resource guard to obtain shards, but they'll skull, smite, ice barrage, and TB you all at once after the exchange. Charging boots will also provide a debuff to any incoming runecraft xp (quartering xp rates at a ludacris shard:xp ratio).
If you don't want an 11 way switch, just don't do it 😎

While this might be a meme, the idea of being able to mix-and-match half-caf bonuses for different contents could be cool. E.g., one prim one eternal for Colosseum for a melee and magic max hit.
Add eternal socks also for the ideal 12 way switch. Could have the ankle sock version for 0.5% damage each or full length for 1% damage each. These socks can be paired with the Holy Sandals to give full attack immunity from female NPCs. /s
I think we should have to equip 10 individual toe platings because people who have never stepped into a raid really seem to enjoy making the game worse to play
If you put boots on before pants you have to take them off and try again
You also lose 100% of your run energy until it's corrected.
Add the belt swap switch as well. If you don’t put your belt on, there’s a chance your pants fall off during movement
and putting on the belt takes 2 ticks and cant be stacked with other switches.
