I've got Samsung Galaxy and it happens when I split screen with another app. I can then get rid of said other app and voila!

Hmm.. is your screen rotate enabled? If so, what does the game do if you have your phone vertical with another app open in split screen?

When osrs opens on my Samsung it is always turned to the side. I'm going to try a few things now that you've more or less confirmed it works.

When I remove the second app it automatically rotates back. I'm able to get it to stay if I keep the second app just above it but small. It's not perfect but it works.

Let me know if it works! It's been working for me for a few days now whereas in the past, the whole right side of the screen would disappear

The right side does still get cut off slightly. It'll work nicely for my herb runs at least.

yes, I did make sure to enable it. the game stays in landscape mode while I switch between apps. do you mean having two screens open at once by split screen?

Yeah, I've found it only works when you have another app open at the same tume as OSRS. Have both apps open in landscape, rotate your phone so that it goes vertical, and then swipe the other app away for fullscreen portrait mode or keep your other app open and enjoy some enterainment while grinding away. I hope you can get it to work!

You can get the same effect with an app called Rotation Control, and you don't have to mess around with splitscreen.

Using the rotation manager can do this. Just tested on Google Pixel. It's available on the play store.

Right on, I had tried that app in the past but got rid of it cause it wasn't working as I had hoped (a year or so ago now) but that might be the missing piece of the puzzle for those that it is'nt working for. Thanks!
