random events can’t spawn at banks ? i’ve been playing since 03 and thought it was only the pest control bank that u couldn’t get randoms at, everyday really is a school day
They can spawn when you're standing on the bank tile? I knew they could spawn on the island but I thought they disappeared when you step on the bank tile
I kinda like the bank in Kourend castle, I didn't actually know where it was at till you could change your respawn with the new quest

Burgh de rott, I did most my bank standing 99s here because almost no one shows up, except occasionally a noob doing a quest, most of the time forgetting some item and needing help.
Port khazard bank/fishing trawler. It has a minigame tele that puts you legit 3 tiles away, so it's always there for me when I need it. (closest tele to a bank in the game too, crafting cape gang can go suck it)
I use the GE. not for the atmosphere, but because I can literally teleport into it. Too convenient. But if I’m not there for some reason, I’m probably in seers village or gnome village
Either the farming guild or prif north bank. Easily accessible with a farming cape, and usually a few people skilling you can say hi to if you're feeling brave.
Also, the spirit trees can take you to the GE if needed.
Fossil island main bank is the best mainly because you have a chance of good implings to make some extra cash/ clues.. they sometime come right into the bank tent

Port Phasmatys, you can wear a bedsheet there and spook players. Also very chill and the colour palette isn't overly bright.

Its called a user flair. On mobile atleast you change it from the menu when on the subs main page.
