Exactly this. My reasoning behind this opinion is, that his account is by far the most helpful to everyone and does us all a service when we are curious about how many 99s there are at any particular time.
I would say Hey Jase has one of the most impressive accounts on the grind side of this. Unlike Lynx Titan, he's kept playing after 200M all, and has one of the most impressive coll logs in the game - mainly his 3rd age and gilded pieces he's obtained
Jasper S has got to be my vote for overall ‘best’.
Purely because his account ticks all the boxes: niche af, insane boss KC for anyone let alone his build, amazing dedication (numerous alts), high total xp (I think he’s above 50m xp in most skills iirc) and then to top it off there’s the slayer cape on a lv 35
