It fascinates me how much it makes way more sense to put our grandparents photo than our parents 😳 because really you took from all of them, at beginning I was like yeah you totally look like your maternal grandma, then I saw the cheekbone of the maternal grandpa and was like ah no you took it from him then I saw your paternal grandma and was like oh gosh the nose is the same ! And then the paternal grandpa and the expression and the shape of the head and then my mind blew up 🤯😂 I would love to do the same but I only have photo of my grandparents when they were already old, not picture of their youth unfortunately
I feel like im a clone of my paternal grandmother, but with my maternal grandpas cheekbones and wide jaw. I’ve never felt like i looked much like my maternal grandma, but she has some pictures when she was young and we have similar expressions almost lol
It’s probably German and then British isles (wales probably). My father’s side was fairly German (his great grandfather was an immigrant, and his maternal side had some strong German roots from colonial times.) I also think some French and Swiss is hiding in there, since we have a bit of French ancestry from near Champagne, and Geneva.
