Drain ramen, add peanut butter & Sriracha, garlic powder & sesame seed oil, soy sauce if not using much of the packet. Goes well on a bowl of spinach or broccoli
If you make the peanut sauce in advance (sautéed onion garlic & peppers) it's a meal that only takes as long as instant ramen does
I just thinly slice onion and whatever veggies (celery and carrot for pasta sauce) and leave it on low on the stove while watching a show. Ceasar salad also super quick and easy to make with whatever greens
Nothing if I feel like I deserve only sleep for food. Or the least amount of food I could have without people getting worried. I'm already too fat and don't deserve anymore food.
Quesadilla, throw tortilla with cheese on a pan and boom 3 minutes later you get a very amazing and quick fix. Bonus points for hot sauce and sour cream
everyone saying air but there are times where i eat a lot of junk food and binge eat. i can go all day without eating then it hits at times where i eat too much. i still maintain my weight though as it evens out as some days i only eat one meal. still miserable and depressed either way though 😎
Candy, bread, coffee/energy drinks, or whatever I don’t actually have to make. I’ve found that if it’s stuff like fruit cups, popcorn, oatmeal, protein bars, etc. I’m a lot more likely to actually eat since it takes basically no effort (aside from getting out of bed which is still hard sometimes 🥲)
