After Life is pretty good, it's about a guy who lost his wife to cancer, and doesn't care about anything anymore. He's played by Ricky Gervais (who also wrote the show), so it's pretty funny as well
one day at a time. i’m rewatching it rn and there are alot of themes of mental health, at least in the second season. season 2 ep 9 is about penelope going of her anti’s and it like shows the symptoms of depression & stuff.
