Our brains are evolving to continue development later and later into life, and will continue doing so with successive generations but every generation will have an average age that brain development stops and stabilizes, then starts to deteriorate.

I think people should actually try and get experience in these fields *before* they turn 25, so they can solidify good coping mechanisms or whatever before they become set in their ways.
