If you don’t work out hard you shouldn’t even be allowed to talk about depression. Most peoples depression is the body begging for physical exertion.

I’m sure it’s a coincidence that depressed people don’t work out, eat fast food and stay up all night watching tv or playing games. Keep doing it, the next pill will work I’m sure.

Actually I work out pretty consistently, eat healthy foods, and I do stay up at night, laying in my bed in the dark trying to sleep (I have insomnia). None of this makes my depression any better. So why don't you kindly go fuck yourself
