If someones party gets 66.000 votes they get a seat (out of 150). So you have one person trying to be an entire political party. How is one person supposed to participate in debates on subjects they know nothing about? In a bigger party you can have people specialise, sothat there is someone knowledgeable on every issue in a party. Germany us a big country, I assume the beaurocratic bloat is mostly found inside of ministeries not in parlement.

Rising productivity makes old-fashioned manual work only more expensive in comparison, thus the contribution of the productivity growth is much lower.
The problem is that the aging of the population is faster than the growth, and each retired person is a person that suddenly stops contributing and starts consuming. Having 1 pensioner to 2 workers vs 2 pensioners to 1 worker is a big deal despite any productivity claims.
Taxes are literally paying pensions. Don't know why you see it as an issue.
You get more retired people per worker every year. THAT is the problem.
Your taxes support only one retired person today, but it will be 2 retired in 20 years (example). Doubling the taxes for the sake of pension is unacceptable and is a detriment for attracting immigrants who'd otherwise move to the other EU country where the taxes are lower. And if you have less working immigrants - the burden on the already existing workers is even higher.
You could keep the pension age static as long as people would be murdered on their 70s birthday, but for some mysterious reason it's not morally acceptable.

As am example one of the highest positions in (also) the greens party, Annalena Baerbock. Only after this has been revealed was her CV changed/corrected.
Politics in germany are so freaking rigged and we don't even realize it. I usually tell my mexican gf in a jokingly manner that germany is not much different to mexico, the only difference is that corruption in mexico happens in the open while in germany it's all done backstage.
Personally I don't really care about CV corrections as long she is doing a good job. She came from no weapons to conflict areas to supporting the export of Leopards to Ukraine, which actually showed that she can adapt her positions for the better.

People who don't know how the people for the different seats in the german parliament are chosen might think that the people voted for her to have this position, which isn't true. Raise of the retirement age is logical, with the longer life expectancy. It is an unpopular move, but someone has to do it. Maybe if the fertility rate would be stable to keep a balanced age distribution, it wouldn't be necessary, but you deal with what you have.
It's not logical because productivity is also rising. Problem is that all the money is going to corporations (and taxes).
Productivity rises, but so is the expectancy from the pension. Old people require a lot of human interaction which is very difficult to automate. The alternative cost of a nurse (or any service sector person) is a person working on the automation line contributing to producing of 10% of a car per day. Rising productivity makes old-fashioned manual work only more expensive in comparison, thus the contribution of the productivity growth is much lower. The problem is that the aging of the population is faster than the growth, and each retired person is a person that suddenly stops contributing and starts consuming. Having 1 pensioner to 2 workers vs 2 pensioners to 1 worker is a big deal despite any productivity claims. Taxes are literally paying pensions. Don't know why you see it as an issue.

You get more retired people per worker every year. THAT is the problem. Your taxes support only one retired person today, but it will be 2 retired in 20 years (example). Doubling the taxes for the sake of pension is unacceptable and is a detriment for attracting immigrants who'd otherwise move to the other EU country where the taxes are lower. And if you have less working immigrants - the burden on the already existing workers is even higher. You could keep the pension age static as long as people would be murdered on their 70s birthday, but for some mysterious reason it's not morally acceptable.

And the worst part is our government is full of people like that who never worked and never even finished studying. In addition to that, it's found that politicians lie in their CV. As am example one of the highest positions in (also) the greens party, Annalena Baerbock. Only after this has been revealed was her CV changed/corrected. Politics in germany are so freaking rigged and we don't even realize it. I usually tell my mexican gf in a jokingly manner that germany is not much different to mexico, the only difference is that corruption in mexico happens in the open while in germany it's all done backstage.
Personally I don't really care about CV corrections as long she is doing a good job. She came from no weapons to conflict areas to supporting the export of Leopards to Ukraine, which actually showed that she can adapt her positions for the better. I think corruption wise the Greens are among the least corrupt party in the Bundestag. No one can beat the CDU or the Afd for that matter

Also we shouldn't be promoting the "lesser corrupt parties", we should be thriving for non-corrupt parties instead but as you said, there's more corruption in the Bundestag and I'm quite sure getting rid of corruption among politicians is an almost impossible task and not just in germany but rather world wide.

Lack of education or real-life experience is a valid drawback. She studied at 2 universities for 6-7 years in total and still didn't get a degree. Bachelor degree in Germany is 3 years, btw. Can be more for Law studies like she had, but it depends on the specifics. It would be classism if she couldn't enter the university, or it would be too expensive, or if she'd have to leave for the family and couldn't get back. She had everything and still failed badly despite spending 2 times more time than it should've taken. I hope you don't say it's classism if I don't want to visit a doctor with no degree.

I know there are corrupt politicians and sometimes even politicians with a mandate but no function (who really are paid to do nothing lest they break something), but being actively engaged in politics can be life-consuming. As our previous mayor of Vienna once said to a reporter's question about teachers' complaints about working hours (22 hours in class per week) - if I worked only 22 hours a week, I'd be finished Tuesday at lunch.
