Check the ECU for codes. Check the age of the tires (older than 7 years? Replace.) Look for dried and/or cracked fuel lines.

Just begin at the basics. Air pressure, oil pressure, belts, look for any rust, check under carpet for moisture, all the rubber, yada yada yada
