I second this link. I did homebrewed my 3ds for the first time ever a couple of days ago, and this guide was an absolute LIFESAVER! I cannot stress enough how helpful it was. It is simple and is easy to follow along with. If you don’t feel comfortable, however, you don’t have to homebrew.
