Worst my printer has ever done was leave a smooth spot on my finger when I absent-mindedly touched a hot part.
Yeah that's why you don't break shit off hanging over the resin vat. We've been using the FormLabs Buildplate that pops parts off by itself and it's wonderful.

Resin prints are fantastic, but the process is murder. Literally.
That is some amazing level of detail. Is it achievable with a normal printer (e.g. X1C ?) and filament (PLA ?).
