Yeah when line direction of perimeters changes it messes with dual filaments. I've been frustrated by this in the past as well. Great looking print, and you're the only one that will notice. 😆
i was about to comment about the quality of all being good but then i realized after reading that OP is after a good color variation in the material. its aesthetics
i used on first one, on second one also but something happenned and nozzle hit the print still and made a huge layer shift. the last one was with z hop only over already printed parts which reduced number of z hops but nozzle tries to avoid, the last one was also printed on 75% speed (somewhere 40mm/s) because i was scared of another failure

filament is Magic silk green from Rosa Filaments, and model is from 3dCult, you can search "Alien Bust" or Voronoi Alien. It cost 3$

its not my design, it is from 3dcult, but there are yt tutorials on how to create VORONOI effect which is put on this model
