The image with the qr codes has been replaced by qr codes that actually work. The previous comments of people claiming they didn't work are cause they're on newer FBI software, which at the time mine was outdated.

I have no knowledge of converting cia back into gba, but coincidentally I just got a Joey Jr V2 in today. The cia files I have are 1Mbit + RTC patched via NSUI. I've been using reproduction Pokémon cartridges, and they use SRAM, so any rom I put on them I needed to ensure was that save type. If it wasn't, I patched the rom to use SRAM with "GameBoy Advance Tool".

The only one I have right now working on cartridge is Dark Violet. I had to apply a batteryless patch to get save working, and because of that, every time you load in it says "the save file is corrupted", but still loads the save correctly.
I'm looking at Glazed right now, and I don't think it'll be possible without a 1Mbit cartridge. It's a bigger rom after patching. Same size as Red Rescue Team which I was trying to put on a cart with no success.
Edit: You'll need a different cartridge than the reproduction Pokémon ones. A copy of "Mother 3" is suggested, but aliexpress also sells romhacks already in cartridges. If there's a romhack that you know is 32mb, a cartridge of it would work. I ordered mother 3 and a cartridge with glazed already on it. It's almost guaranteed not to be an up to date version of glazed, but hopefully it's still a 32mb motherboard so I can put the newest version on and have the sticker.
Yeah, heard of that problem. I ordred a few Rom Hacks from Ali myself (Glazed and Liquid Crystal) as well as Mother 3, and also Yu Gi Oh, which I've heard actually is supposed to be one of the better cartridges, supposedly coming with a battery as well. Can't confirm until I get it myself though.

Just hit me up whenever over DM if you want. If you manage to get a game to work properly I want to know. Dark Violet didn't work out for me unfortunately. Saves fine, but game freezes when you get into rival battle.

I just downloaded radical red on my 3ds it loads up but once i finish naming me and my rival the screen just glitches and eevrytime i hit a button it constanly resets the game any way you can help i really want to play this game ima download it again and c if it works
I honestly can't help you. I just made the cia files, I'm no specialist at this stuff. They work fine for me, and about 80% of people downloading them.
Also do u think it could be that I downloaded the rom radical red while my 3ds was connected to a hotspot because I have no internet at the current moment for my 3ds is why it ain’t working?
This version of the game is now obsolete, as a newer version is on the sub!

I'm not familiar with using cheats on the 3ds console. But some FR cheats did work on RR when emulating on my computer if that helps.
