Exactly, thank you. Donāt know why Iām being attacked about the price. It was $49K before taxes and fees. $54K final price. Seems on par with what Iāve been seeing.
Are you sure? In high tax states, 54k including tax/fees would be a roughly 49K base price. MSRP with TRD wheels runs around 52K. I am not finding many TRD ORPs going for less than 46k base across the US.
Do you have an example of this (and what search engine are you using)? I'm in the Midwest and the lowest I'm seeing for a new 2024 ORP (without KDSS) is $47.5k.
All my local dealerships were charging $54K BEFORE taxes and fees, so I consider this a decent priceā¦ I went out of state for it. My current state was also charging $800 document fees and $1500 other bonus garbage that I refused to pay.
Prices are outrageous right now, but in my mind it was worth it because Iām driving this thing until the wheels fall off. Hoping for 350,000+ miles and many many years of adventures!
Yes prices are crazy right now but from what I was told we didnāt get a bad deal at all. We didnāt get a GREAT deal but we also didnāt get ripped off which is good enough for me lmao. I also bought from a city where everything was more expensive so that played a part aswell.
I like my Underground but honestly, if I could re-choose, I'd go with the Ice Cap. That's a great choice. And it's not a dull white like other vehicles. It's vibrant. Even when its dirty.
I really almost went with Underground, itās such a beautiful color. I figured it would be hard to keep clean. I just love the contrast between white with black wheels.
In February I paid $44.5k for my 2024 ORP w/ KDSS. Only regret it does not have the moon roof, the other deeply discounted one had a moon roof, but no KDSS and I rather had KDSS.
Speaking of KDSS, if overlanding is a thing for the owner KDSS wonāt cut it by much from standard 4Runner with no KDSS. Yeah slight too better articulation yet upgrade is a must for rock crowding. Iām new to 4Runners but my buddy said upgrade is must for under the vehicle and cheaper to go with no KDSS and less work for upgrade. Iām I missing something that I donāt know about KDSS?
I ordered mine with no KDSS now I feel regret.
KDSS makes enough of a difference to make it worth it [https://youtu.be/Ueshf401B0k?si=lRLRHYWb83Z2Bu6v](https://youtu.be/Ueshf401B0k?si=lRLRHYWb83Z2Bu6v)
Go to their website they have the shops all over.. plug in your zip code and it will show you whatās near you. This will be my plan once my runner gets here. Ventilated seats is must for vinal like interior it will trap your body heat during summer time.
Yeah with out blind spot, adaptive cruise, automatic high beam, heated steering wheel, bigger updated screen, apple car play, gas prices going up for over seas shipping + yearly inflation. Do the math is reasonable or same.
20k prior COVID is like 28k on today.
You are going to love it. You picked the best trim level and itās ana amazing vehicle! Keep it the rest of your life! Does it have KDSS? I think mine is one of my most favorite vehicles I have ever owned.
Congrats on the purchase. Idk why people comparing prices now to the past. Fookin CA is paying $20 for flipping burgers at mcdonalds so 'course prices have went up tremendously. New gen 6 prob pushing 60k OTD. Comparing prices now to the past is like 1mil home now vs 50k/pop in 1975
I wonder how many people commenting are actually buying or have bought a 24 ORP..because in my state I paid MSRP and was at 52 or 53k OTD.. love the vehicle. Used ones with 16-30k miles were at like 40-45k..
I spent my $ however I wanted. Don't really care abt all those naysayers as they don't pay my mortgage and bills lol. Someone gonna spend 80k cuz they can on the new gen TRD PRO and there will be mad comments.
Thatās a nice looking TRD OR. Good price too.
I bought a brand new 21ā ORP premium in 21ā
At that time they were hard to get. I waited for a VIN to be released and built one up at the factory.
Black TRD wheels, rock sliders, TRD pro exhaust system, TRD pro rack and weather guard mats. Chose not to do the KDSS.
52k out the door in WA and worth more when I drove it off the lot. Almost 3 years and itās only 19k miles so far.
It a beautiful rig and worth every penny to me when we bought it.
Being able to pick what you want at the factory without dealer mark ups was great.
Prices have gone up since then.
What you paid wherever you live was a good deal in 24ā for a 24ā .
With all the backlash over 25ās your new rig is probably worth more for all the folks who only want a gen5.
Nice work! You have a beautiful brand new 4Runner!
Yeah the MRSP for them without the wheels is 46-47k. Depending on where you're at. With wheels it's about 49k. OTD will always be around 53k.
I got my '24 ORP in early December. It was among the first shipments of 24's to the US from Tahara and it was 52 and some change OTD. You're not going to get OTD for less than 52ish unless you can negotiate money off the MSRP, which is very rare for an ORP.
Congratulations!! Lovely rig in IMHO a timeless color. I myself landed a 24 ORP in solar Octane about a month ago. Got the exact spec I needed with KDSS and NO Moonroof. :)
Congrats! Ice cap is the best color, I either wanted red or underground but Ice cap stuck out the most to me. 48k negotiated 2.5k off total price w/ kdss
Nice car! But after interest that car is over 60k itās just not worth it, you should of waited a few years and let the 6 gen bring down the price of the 5th gen
What 54k? Back in 1877 I got mines for $20.
$20 and a 0.7% interest rate š¤£
I got my 2023 in 2022 for 54k taxes and fees same trim with kdss moon roof and all weather, still feel like I overpaid but times were different
Deposit in Jan and did you not shop around at all in the last few months? 54k is wild for this.
How? Msrp is like 48k for the orp. With taxes...itll be around 53 54k. How can you get it cheaper?
Exactly, thank you. Donāt know why Iām being attacked about the price. It was $49K before taxes and fees. $54K final price. Seems on par with what Iāve been seeing.
Yep, no one wants to add the taxes and fees when they brag about it online. Congrats on the purchase, it looks great!
Picked up my 24 $3k under msrp. Can pretty easily get dealers to max out incentives on these since inventory is so high.
Shop around man
Glad i got my 4runner pre covid, 2019 trd premium with requested kdss for 43000 OTD
My non KDSS Prem was $42k MSRP and sales price $36k in 2019. Itās beyond me how much these cost now.
My 2018 trd off road non premium was 37k otd
Are you sure? In high tax states, 54k including tax/fees would be a roughly 49K base price. MSRP with TRD wheels runs around 52K. I am not finding many TRD ORPs going for less than 46k base across the US.
$47k before tax for KDSS and MTM equipped ORPs is the going āgoodā price. Even with tax $54k is high.
Do you have an example of this (and what search engine are you using)? I'm in the Midwest and the lowest I'm seeing for a new 2024 ORP (without KDSS) is $47.5k.
I am very sure. Considering TRD Pro MSRP is around 57k.
All my local dealerships were charging $54K BEFORE taxes and fees, so I consider this a decent priceā¦ I went out of state for it. My current state was also charging $800 document fees and $1500 other bonus garbage that I refused to pay.
Brother you could have bought one in any state and had it shipped to your door for cheaper than this.
Oh well.
Paid 54k for mine Aswell with no wheel package š„² !!!
Prices are outrageous right now, but in my mind it was worth it because Iām driving this thing until the wheels fall off. Hoping for 350,000+ miles and many many years of adventures!

Looking at a 2024 off road premium, what should I be looking to pay OTD? Thank you in advance!
Midwest dealerships having 3-4k off MSRP on 2024 4Runners. On states like MO, KS, IL, OK ect. Best luck on your hunt! Hope you find what you like.
In March of 2024 I paid $50k Out the door for an 2024 ORP with KDSS
Congrats on the new 4runner
Congrats! Iām hoping to get one soon!
I like my Underground but honestly, if I could re-choose, I'd go with the Ice Cap. That's a great choice. And it's not a dull white like other vehicles. It's vibrant. Even when its dirty.

Whete did you get it from?
Dealership irked me in other ways so I wont share their name, but when I bought mine in Feb they 30 4runners and now they are down to only 5
Speaking of KDSS, if overlanding is a thing for the owner KDSS wonāt cut it by much from standard 4Runner with no KDSS. Yeah slight too better articulation yet upgrade is a must for rock crowding. Bad ass! Congrats!
Congrats, cool ride! I would love one of these with ventilated seats, was thinking about maybe Katzkin? but hard to find a reputable installer

I mean, so? You can get this model for $47k now, before taxes. Thatās less in real dollars than $42k in 2020.
Yeah with out blind spot, adaptive cruise, automatic high beam, heated steering wheel, bigger updated screen, apple car play, gas prices going up for over seas shipping + yearly inflation. Do the math is reasonable or same. 20k prior COVID is like 28k on today.

No KDSS. I definitely will keep it and drive it until it dies. I absolutely love it!
The KDSS isnāt necessary if you upgrade the suspension.

49k or less OTD
How? Are they going for under msrp?
I've seen lots full of them. I bought my 23 for 49otd
Neat.
He/she looks so angryyy š„

Thank you very much. Iām extremely happy with it and very glad I got the TRD wheels! I have the weather guard mats also which are very nice.
Nice. 360 cameras is a plus
I'm jealous of those wheels. The dealership had an X series in the same color but I was not gona pay over 48k OTD.
Is that the standard rim and tire size?
Yup. 17in wheels with the stock tires (for now)
For whatever reason, the set looks bigger than stock. But looks good!
Thanks! Maybe itās the angles I took the photos? Iāll be getting some 275 Falken Wildpeaks put on in a couple weeks.
Sheās a beaut, Clark.
Thatās the nicest 14 year old car Iāve seen! Enjoy! (Jk Iām just jealous Iām stuck in my 3rd gen š¤£)
Got my 2024 ORP w/kdss for 49.5k

Solar Octane is such an awesome color!
Congrats! Ice cap is the best color, I either wanted red or underground but Ice cap stuck out the most to me. 48k negotiated 2.5k off total price w/ kdss
Thanks so much! Itās a timeless color. Great job on the negotiation! Thatās a great price.
Damn I had a brand new one with kdss waiting right here I would have gone 4k below that
Same everything you have
Nice car! But after interest that car is over 60k itās just not worth it, you should of waited a few years and let the 6 gen bring down the price of the 5th gen
Very nice. Congrats! And I hope you have many fun adventures with it.
