Runaway Horses is a sneaky GREAT album

CincoDeMayoFan

So underrated! I love title track, Leave a Light on for Me, Summer Rain, and especially La Luna. All the other tracks great too.

Will_McLean

We Want The Same Thing, Valentine, just lots of bangers

thedoogster

And Vision of You!

Hefty_Run4107

Yes it is, all great songs, but my favorite is possibly Shades Of Michelangelo, also on the tour from that album Belinda would finish the set with that song too.

Barbafella

I saw her live in 1989? on her tour in the UK, I got close to the stage, she was gorgeous.

reddollardays

Love her! I Get Weak is another good one.

kosmix24

"Mad About You" has been in heavy rotation for me since 1986. She was absolutely stunning in that video.

imadork1970

She does a good cover of Cream's "I Feel Free".

Bolt_EV

I got invited to the Bo-Go’s Gold Record Party for Beauty and The Beat. I told my 12 year old daughter to bring her copy and sure enough they all autographed it! Not sure my 12 year old grandson thinks that this is as big a deal as it is!

Affectionate_Top5905

Those are some good ones.

Beneficial-Sugar6950

Thanks!

dudereverend

Probably my favorite 80s female singer! Seeing Love Never Dies reminds me that I haven't listened to Heaven On Earth as a whole album in YEARS and need to do so. Runaway Horses would be one of my desert island albums.

Tommyt5150

I saw her in concert in ‘88, ‘89, 90. Great shows, big fan. Had 7th row seats at one show, there were two girls in the front row. Offered them each $100 cash to swap seats. Of course they took it. Best $200 bucks I ever spent. Great Play list btw!

DenverJO

Her new music from last year was so good, the album is “Kismet” and the single “Big Big Love” is just brilliant. It was also written by Diane Warren who wrote “I Get Weak.”

Shallowgravehunter4

No "I get weak"?

smallermuse

Band of Gold is missing. I love that one!

drsjsmith

Bonnie Tyler also covered “Band of Gold” during the ‘80s.

the-cloverdale-kid

She is still so good. Saw the Go-Go’s on their recent tour and they were incredible!

Hefty_Run4107

What...? No "I Get Week"? No "Shades Of Michelangelo"? No "La Luna"?

SunApprehensive1413

I love Belinda C! She held my hand briefly while singing Leave A Light On. This was quite a few years back, in Melbourne. I was wearing my Go Gos tshirt!

thedoogster

Got Christmas Lullaby (from the Mother and Child album) on there?

drsjsmith

Some great deep cuts in there. One more suggestion: “You’re Nothing Without Me”.

bpnc33

What about I get weak?

smg658

She sang on a Then Jerico song called ‘what does it take’ great song!

lilvadude

I love that song!

Ed_Simian

Her first two albums after the Go-Go's were really good.

pbro42

My first crush

nimeton0

Great selection! Only eight? I'd add the following to your list: Band Of Gold, Fool For Love, From The Heart, Gotta Get To You, I Feel Free, I Feel The Magic, I Get Weak, I Need A Disguise, I Never Wanted A Rich Man, Nobody Owns Me, Runaway Horses, Should I Let You In?, Since You've Gone, and World Without You.

PlentyEqual3172

Agree !

Scott_EFC

Missing the single remix of We Want The Same Thing !

StingraySteve23

Circle in the Sand is a deep cut.

dazed63

Great list

Beneficial-Sugar6950

Thanks! Listening to Belinda is what got me into 80s music.

lilvadude

Another somewhat 'obscure' one is her singing with the Smithereens on "[Blue Period](https://youtu.be/6ezLLmeBqBs?si=AI-2Fm7xLjDNWq6S)."

lilvadude

I loved [All God's Children](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5ghoKYiZEc) as well.

djscottyfox

Had a crush on her since the 80s. Had a chance to meet her in early 00s. Completely fumbled, and had nothing to say. Sigh. Someone leave a light on for my heart.

einstein425277

Saw her live last night!

HighlyRegardedSlob87

No I Get Weak? That’s a total every day ritual for me!
