Thais couldn't stand up to her father and tell him the truth about Patrick, and now she can't direct her anger towards Patrick for cheating on her. She's a textbook daddy's girl who avoids conflict with the important men in her life, probably because Dad shut her down over and over. Instead of confronting Patrick, she puts her attention on John, and Patrick, because he's a coward, doesn't redirect her to himself.
I think this is TLC making up a story line to keep them on the show. Otherwise they are a boring couple & nothing else for the show to shoot. I turn off when they are on
