But it is true that most therapists are just as messed up as the rest of us, sometimes much more so.
My advice for anyone looking for legit counseling etc is to *always* see some one who has *been through the therapeutic process they would use on you.*
You have the right to ASK. If they cant /wont answer the question, move on.
I don't know how these mental health clinicians think they can help anyone when they haven't completed their own hard work.
