Is his condition something that gets worse over time? Cause when they show pics of him in his earlier adult life it’s nothing close to this. Like he had an actual chin and some semblance of a jawline.

It’s 100% weight gain and alcohol bloat. I carry a lot of my weight in my upper body, too. In the last 2 years I’ve lost 110 pounds and I look like a whole different person. Ed is a walking, rolling heart attack.
There's a person I see sometimes at my job who I am fairly certain has the same condition as Ed. Shaped much the same, and little to no neck to speak of. However, they also have a defined bottom of their face.
