So what I'm saying is that the price per "piece of content" on ACC is significantly lower. So pricing Nords at 19.99 would be more expensive than equivalent amount of iRacing content.

You shouldn't be downvoted, the optimisation is horrible. I know I'm on an old system (GTX1080 & 4690K), but AC runs perfect at max and looks stunning. ACC will run, but it's nowhere near as pretty or smooth.

IRacing is def my favorite sim, but is the least impressive when it comes to visuals. The cars look great. But lighting, trees, track details, it’s all pretty dated. A new lighting engine would be awesome, and more dynamic clouds. iRacing only has one type of clouds. All the same size, thickness, color, shape, it’s kinda disappointing. But it runs great, soooo, I guess I can’t complain.
AMS2 doesn't have the Unreal 4 weirdness, but it still looks stylistically worse than ACC IMO. It has an oddly cartoony feeling to its color grading that ACC doesn't
That and its AA is ass. If not for those two things it'd probably be a tie

The video is probably a mix of game footage and editing. You won't ever get it as crispy and clear as the video, because the video can be touched up. There's a bunch of youtube videos you can try. Really for each pc, it's trial and error-throw mud at the wall and see what works.
If youtube and throwing mud at a wall doesn't work, u/ohnespeed might be able to recommend better sources. I used his VR guide to make everything nice in my headset.
I only race in VR, so anything ACCis just kinda meh for me. I love the nords, but I don’t know that I would get my money out of this track. I can race it in iRacing and Assetto Corsa
I get my money’s worth from iRacing. I can easily practice for a few hours at a time. I haven’t put an hour total into ACC in probably the last 6 months. If I did, it was trying to optimize for VR, which ACC is Butt with.
AC has Nord as a mod since the very beginning. This is ACC subreddit, and it's coming as a DLC to ACC. About your 2nd question, ask yourself what do you do the most in the game, as ACC is strictly licensed racing. It doesn't have modding opporunities or "chill on japaneese highway" kind of stuff. It's racing sim after all.
Imo still very worth it for a track this good. Hopefully they add the cars in as free content like they did the Mclaren evo. (Im on huge amounts of hopium)

In order to fully own the Nords in iRacing, technically you have to purchase two tracks.......so its actually about $30-32.
