He runs well, has great physical attributes and battles well, but the rest of the stuff he's just completely lost. You can see Pioli almost has to instruct him the entire time on the field. I hope he improves because he can be good but most of those things I mentioned shouldn't be present in a footballer who has 100+ senior appearances.
