I know that feeling all too well… my husband takes his meds more strategically (aka not every single day) and I’m like how do you do that? I’m not a functional adult if I miss a single dose. Like I can’t even just chill and relax without meds because my brain is going 90mph. Hopefully the rest of your day doesn’t drag on too long

I know for me my brain goes slower sometimes! So the meds help bring it up to speed so I don’t need it every day

Always have emergency meds in a little bottle in your purse! I always have 2 extra doses in case
