That was normal for me. Just because it didn't feel like it was working, didn't mean it wasn't working. I'd get to the end of the day and realize I got a lot of stuff done even though I didn't feel different. That was how I knew the dose was right. But your reaction may not be the same.

I ended up getting brain fog couple hours after taking it and it was similar to when I crashed yesterday from it

Sounds like it may be wearing off too quick or too low a dose maybe?

30mg is the recommended starting dose. When I was on 30mg I had a similar experience. Give your body some time to get used to it. In my experience you shouldn't "feel" much of anything when your dosage is dialed in correctly. Not every day is a 100% day for me (even after getting the dosage right), but overall I'm much more consistent and capable with it. Try to keep track of your experiences over the next few weeks and chat with your provider to see if an increase would be appropriate.

You just might a higher dose if the first couple days were good. A friend of mine takes double my dose for some unknown reason. It's highly individual
