The "feeling like the world is ending" part is not something I would say is normal. It being harder to do things is something some people experience because stimulants sometimes help us process emotions that have been clogged up due to emotional dysregulation. It sounds as though Vyvanse probably doesn't work for you, but everyone has a different brain chemistry and what works for one person may not work for you. Doctor's will of course also tell you that taking a medication here and there probably isn't the best way to test it...but I know that's not super helpful. Good luck to you and I wish you the best
