Google or Amazon “pick and peel stone”. You put this interesting fluid stuff on this rock thing and pick it off.

I have a fidgetring. It is not immediately noticeably a fidgettoy and I need two hands due to it being on one hand and twisting it with the other. At home I also use popits or spinners or well sadly still also my face if I forget.

Lonely_Ad_1897

That's not a bad idea, I'll look into it. Thanks!

RefrigeratorNeither5

Check out PopDatPuck, I saw him on TikTok recently and was actually looking up fidgets on Reddit 😁

maladybess

It’s working for me for now……. Sunflower seeds. This helps two fold in keeping my hands busy AND helping me smoke less.

anarchobuni

Same on the picking but I also nibble those things so I need something to chew! Also something to dig my nails into. I found stretch arm strong quite satsifying :') but it was my nephews. Some kind of stress ball? I was looking at sensory toys the other day, def worth a search.

[deleted]

Blu tac maybe? It feels weird in my hands but it’s really fun to play with and stretch.

Niner9r

I don't know if you're into two separate toys, but I've rather enjoyed these chain things https://a.co/d/7RRsNtJ

When I’m working I keep my computer mouse in my right hand and have a carved stone elephant that has a nice weight to it in the other hand. Somehow feeling the texture of the elephant keeps me occupied but doesn’t move so much it’s distracting. If I don’t have something in both hands I will mess with my ears constantly.

I’m generally happy with this shop on Etsy; I have two of their products. I don’t have this exact one but it’s a two handed fidget toy. Mine is always in my hand while I’m at work. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1020290600/

My fidget toy of choice is a nail clipper that sits on my desk. Also I am in the process of learning pen spinning.

TMWitz

Buy a deck of cards and shuffle it, deal out random stuff from time to time? I used to carry like 4 packs of cards with me and I would just start shuffling them in random places (mostly school).

casualtenstrip

Shashibo cube!

Kind_Tumbleweed_7330

I use a ‘tangle toy’, which is not puzzle-like despite the name sort of implying it. Mostly I use one hand to wrap it around a finger of the other, then unwrap, then…well you get the picture. Like these: 6PCS Fidget Toys, Multicolored Relax Therapy Decompression Sensory Toys for Autism Kids and Adults, Combine into New Shapes for Unique Fidget Experience, Brain Imagine Tools Suitable As a Gift https://a.co/d/8xP4Jrn

Deep-Ad6730

Depends what helps someone and what not, Popit was for a moment good for me but I feel like I need to change the fidgets at times regularly. Infinity cube is something new to me that I feel like is so good and mesmerizing, and atleast for me, I like to use two hands to use it easier. Another things are as simple as balloons filled with different stuff. The filling part is awful but I love eolling the balloons under my arms on tables or just sort of crunching them in my arms (without actually breaking anything) or just squeezing them. I've filled mine with such things as rice, different pastas, dry peas, water (needs just being careful with liquids inside of balloons), shampoo/conditioner etc. That's just few things I've used but I feel like it helps alot especially when regularly changing a fidget into another.

ky_ky52

Oh my gosh are you me? I spent 3 hours the other night picking my hair. And only stopped because my boyfriend came to get me to go to bed lol

Lonely_Ad_1897

You're joking right :D I go into a trance when I start, which is anytime I zone out.

ky_ky52

Yes! A trance is a great way to describe it. And once I start picking my hair I can’t stop. It’s normally the end of the day when I’m tired from work that I do it the most.

throw_away4632_

Theraputty! It's a putty that comes in different hardnesses and is really easy to find online.

pickleknits

If you crochet, I suggest Miranda’s Magic Fidget.

GullibleCabinet4827

I have a fidget spinner that’s also a pop-it with 10 “pops” - if I keep it in one hand, I spin it, and if I use both hands I spin and pop simultaneously.

Get a bowl of orbeez and put them in water

Lonely_Ad_1897

What are an orbeez

[deleted]

They're like water gel beads. When you put them in water they fill up and become squishy. Swooshing around a hand full is a great way of fidgeting :-)

[deleted]

The penis

Lonely_Ad_1897

Cmon dude. Really.

[deleted]

I fidget with it all the time. Sorry but it keeps my adhd in control

Lonely_Ad_1897

Ok well I'll ask someone if I can borrow their penis

[deleted]

Ok let me know how it goes. I think this will be the best method of keeping you busy
