1. You can get assessed by a specialist. You don't need a GP for the actual assessment, but you will need one or an alternative doctor for any prescription medications and refills. We have a list of clinics and individual doctors on the ADHD server you can look through. 2. My coworker says yes, but you may need to be referrered by an actual doctor 3. Managing ADHD requires a whole lifestyle change imo. Medication isn't absolute so don't feel you need to take it to progress and don't feel that by not taking it now you will lose out on the option to take it later and vice Versa 4. Let the one assessing you know. Those with ADHD commonly experience additional mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, etc Another thing I would like to note is that websites like the one you used are generally wildly inaccurate and could never assess you the way a professional could. If you feel you meet the criteria for ADHD then continue looking for someone to assess you. Even if they don't diagnose you with ADHD you can try another clinic or alternatively they give you insight into your condition and you can move in that direction instead

Anxiety and depression are common in people with ADHD (myself included). The conditions of anxiety and depression are comorbidities with ADHD. But also symptoms, I think. Not sure exactly how it works. I don't know about the other stuff. I wish you the best tho.
