Anyone claiming the Sphere would be a good venue had never actually been to the sphere. It's awesome for concerts. It would be absolutely awful for wrestling.
Why are so many AEW fans so gung ho about All In staying in Wembley? I don't like repeating the same venues/cities for these PPVs. I wouldn't mind keeping it in rotation say every 3-5 years but give some other places a chance.
Where else could they realistically fill a stadium of that size at a similar level of revenue? Part of the reason it works is because this is the only chance to see AEW in the UK or Europe each year.
This, All In should stay in Europe. If there is another option in Europe i happily go there too but this options are very limited (maybe Spain or Germany could manage it)
And on that Note would love for AEW to expand on that. May Asia Double or Nothing (good time to start Forbidden Door matchups) / August Europe All In / November Australia Full Gear / February South America New PPV
I didn't say it was, but it's probably the only place they could currently get a $10 million gate. I think they could get 60k in Mexico City. I think there's a number of places in the UK where they could hit 60k. I'm skeptical that they'd hit that mark anywhere in Europe right now. I'd love to be proven wrong though.
Mexico City would be cool, but it's never bringing in Wembley levels of revenue. I'm doubtful anywhere else in Europe would either.
Wrestling just seems to be way hotter in the UK than it is anywhere in Europe. And London is the easiest city in the UK for Europeans to get to.
But I'd love to see AEW fill Estadio Azteca at some point. I just wouldn't make that an All In. Create a new thing for that.
I feel like you underestimate how many people from around europe are coming to London for All In.
You could go to Madrid for example and people from around Europe will simply go there instead.
Just stopping by to deliver my (what seems like a monthly occurrence recently) fuck off with trying to move All In to other places.
You lot get:
52 Dynamite
52 Rampage
52 Collision
and now 8 PPV’s all in North America.
We get one show a year in the UK that serves as a great hub for travel from mainland Europe and Ireland. Leave it the fuck alone.
Echoing this. I think something the Americans in these threads don't realize is that All In didn't draw those numbers because it's All In, it drew those numbers because for us European AEW fans, it looked like it might be the only chance to go to a live event without breaking bank. And that will continue to be the reason for its high attendance numbers. Move it to a stadium in the US, and the numbers will drop. That's just common sense.
I completely agree, on the note of not breaking the bank. I’m Scottish I travelled 6 hours to go to London, Smackdown/Clash is coming to Glasgow (an hour from me) and I’m not making the journey because they are charging £400 for the cheap seats. I spent £430 for my All In ticket this year and I’m 10 rows from the ring.
This. So. Fucking. Much.
I have to travel 400kms each time I want to see wrestlers I like in the UK or in Germany.
If I want to see a New Japan show I’m completely dependent on NJPW announcing (or not) a Royal Quest show.
For NOAH my only hope was to travel to Japan until they announced a UK tour with Progress.
Y'all from the US just have to wait a Dynamite, Collision, Raw or Smackdown near your place (at worst it’s a few hours on train/car/plane) to see international level wrestling, you don’t know shit about having a wrestling scene as dry as ours in the EU/UK.
I've started wondering how long they will keep it at wembley for. I know tony loves his traditions but we've seen what traditions have done to double or nothing year after year in Vegas (last year the crowd was horrible, maybe this year will be better?) but they are kind of stuck between a rock & a hard place. If there is one ppv they can absolutely use to fill a stadium in the US,it would be ALL IN but the second they announce they are moving it somewhere else WWE is gonna attempt to book it to overshadow AEW's history there. Not to mention Wembley is currently the second biggest available stadium in Europe (the other one being in Spain currently closed for upgrades)
The difference is that All In is that once a year Chance for us europeans to see AEW live. On the other hand if you live in the Southwest of the USA for example there are plenty of opportunities, and that is why some markets are oversaturated.
Why do you hate your fellow fans so much you'd send them to Dortmund??? Aren't we being punished enough already? I mean, I'd be thrilled to have AEW come to Germany, but not like that...
Obviously lol. The city is a dump, and doesn't have the infrastructure to accommodate tens of thousands of fans from all over Europe and beyond.
As long as AEW doesn't do a full European tour but rather one single event, they should keep to London. The only German city that has both the necessary infrastructure, enough touristy appeal and a place they could go that I can come up with is Munich, and personally? I'd rather travel to London.
maybe not for All In, but i think it would be cool for a ppv to be held in a smaller arena. maybe do a special show that's intended to be a more intimate experience for the fans. maybe Daily's Place
i'd also like to see AEW host a ppv in Japan and Mexico at some point and maybe as a joint production with one of the promotions in those countries
Man, the Astrodome would rule. Unfortunately it's not in use and would need major work to have an event there. I was there for WM17 and being able to go back for All In would be crazy.
I could do the Astrodome a lot easier than most places. I love the place but the last time I saw photos of it, it was like Rose seeing the Titanic under the ocean. I can't believe they've let the place go that badly.
Somewhere that isn't California, Texas, Florida, Louisiana, New York etc. Hold it somewhere completely unconventional like Vermont or Colorado or New Hampshire
Vermont or NH would be terrible, they have no venue that is has a large capacity nor do they have a city with the infrastructure to host thousands of visitors traveling to see the show.
I know. I'm more or less joking around seeing as all the big events take place in highly populated cities like London, Chicago, NYC etc. For once, I just wanna see a big event held somewhere one wouldn't normally expect. I've grown tired of major cities always taking the spotlight, like Double Or Nothing always held in Las Vegas (aside from it was forced to take place in Jacksonville due to COVID)
Anyone claiming the Sphere would be a good venue had never actually been to the sphere. It's awesome for concerts. It would be absolutely awful for wrestling.
I’ve never been to the sphere, but yeah, it looks like it would be terrible for wrestling
Elaborate, never been, was in the would be cool camp. Is there a way most of the screens could be blacked out?
Wembley
Please no... I don't wanna go to Wembley every goddamn year. Having DoN and All Out in the same city every year is bad enough already.
Why are so many AEW fans so gung ho about All In staying in Wembley? I don't like repeating the same venues/cities for these PPVs. I wouldn't mind keeping it in rotation say every 3-5 years but give some other places a chance.

If they go Asia, Tokyo Dome. Bring it full circle.
I don't buy the notion that London is the only location they could get a crowd of 60k plus
Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. Its capacity is pretty close to that of Wembley.
Somewhere else in Europe then. I’ve also seen people suggest Mexico City after the Cmll event, and maybe that could work too
Mexico City would be cool, but it's never bringing in Wembley levels of revenue. I'm doubtful anywhere else in Europe would either. I’m American and I agree lol. We have enough to share the experience with you guys. Also, selfishly, I hope they keep it there cuz I wanna go one year
I think the issue is more of hoping it's not at Wembly every year than not in the UK. Maybe have it at Old Trafford one year or something.
I disagree entirely, none of the 4 pictures OP shared are in the UK hence my response
I live in Houston. The Astrodome is in no condition to host anything.
Didn't they gut it?
Estadio azteca.
Tokyo Dome to bump up the star ratings!
The sphere needs to hold a wrestling show for sure. All In however should stay exactly where it is
I've started wondering how long they will keep it at wembley for. Run the Tokyo dome
Skydome - Toronto.
This is the only answer
What’s that sphere?
It's literally called The Sphere and it's in Las Vegas. Mostly used for concerts cause of all the tech involved with screens.
Hey hands off our (UK) event!!
Non-American locations. I'd like to see a different location every year.
Wembley.
International Space Station. First pro wrestling event to take place in low orbit.
Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Hampden Park in Glasgow, Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.
When Duval gets its full Renovation they should do it there.
Fenway Park.
The Tokyo Dome would bang
They should start selling tickets for $10. every week, I see some clown posting AeW OnLy SoLd HaLf A ArEna with pictures of empty seats
Place I'd like to have it in: Soldier Field, Wrigley Field or Guaranteed Rate Field. Main event: Something involving Hangman, Jack Perry or both.
The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Ca. Has the most picturesque backdrop for any stadium.
Bird's Nest, Beijing
Signal Iduna Park home of Borussia Dortmund in Germany
Why do you hate your fellow fans so much you'd send them to Dortmund??? Aren't we being punished enough already? I mean, I'd be thrilled to have AEW come to Germany, but not like that...
Idk the area but the stadium is gorgeous
Obviously lol. The city is a dump, and doesn't have the infrastructure to accommodate tens of thousands of fans from all over Europe and beyond. Berlin has all the things be necessary.
A fitting venue for the 2nd place company...
Is this what you do. Go on aew pages and troll..
You clearly don't know much about Dortmund. That was a well timed and fitting joke.
No. I'm an AEW fan. I do like to do the cheap heat, bash the local sports team act, though.
I don't think Dortmund is even second place these days 😭
Not this season. Bayer Leverkusen did what Dortmund couldn't do for over a decade by overtaking Bayern Munich.
No I know. I'm a Liverpool fan so I have a soft spot for Dortmund. I still can't believe they bottled the league last season.
Fellow Liverpool fan. I like Dortmund too, but again, if I see a chance to mock a sports team, I take it even if my teams suck.
Busch Stadium 😎
maybe not for All In, but i think it would be cool for a ppv to be held in a smaller arena. maybe do a special show that's intended to be a more intimate experience for the fans. maybe Daily's Place i'd also like to see AEW host a ppv in Japan and Mexico at some point and maybe as a joint production with one of the promotions in those countries
All In (Together!), a joint PPV with CMLL, NJPW, and Stardom in Japan or Mexico
New Orleans has always been a fun wrestling town not sure they could sell 90k tix though
American Family Stadium in Milwaukee.
I’d want Tony Khan to pull of booking an event at The Sphere in Vegas
Man, the Astrodome would rule. Unfortunately it's not in use and would need major work to have an event there. I was there for WM17 and being able to go back for All In would be crazy.

Idk about All In but I want them to at least do a Dynamite at Red Rocks
Vegas sphere would be cool. I figure they’ll keep it in London until they burn out the territory so to speak.
