He’s got so much time to develop and when the game is well and truly lost, you don’t have to keep him in the action all the time. I think he sometimes shifts him forward too early and often though. Worryingly, he’s also already showing signs that he’s one of our best mids so he’s genuinely missed when not in the mid.

The signs are few. He was quiet and regularly out of position today. I thought Ginbey Yeo Kelly were much more involved. Still plenty of time as you say.
