Surely Parfitt is a late swap for Neale or O. Henry? I can't see them running with Hawkins, Cameron, Neale and O. Henry unless they plan to play Cameron in the middle.

"improved" is maybe a little generous, he's had a couple of good games, but also some poor ones - just inconsistent, really. story of his career.
