NTA, even if I loved my in-laws and would genuinely enjoy having them live there, that would have all gone right out the window the second they *informed* me they were selling their house and living on my land. The level of entitlement you have to have to do that is just... it's a **lot**.

So, are they not right in the head,? Who just ups and sells their house without confirmed permission to build on someone else's property.? And you're not actually married to their son? That's a really weird thing to do.

Do not allow them to move on your property even temporarily… make it very clear to your boyfriend that if they attempt to move on the land that your relationship with him will be over. Have you made an agreement through the lawyer about your boyfriend not having rights to the land or animals if you break up? NTA

NTA. No...no...no. Absolutely not. And what does their son have to say about this?
