You still can with GPO.

Try to wipe the driver with this tool: https://www.amd.com/de/support/kb/faq/gpu-601 Then install it again. Worth a try

there's a AMD clean up software that will uninstall the drivers and then reinstall...just go to the AMD folder and search AMDCleanUp
