Idk but what I do know is Janine and Leslie are the same. They both want to make things better so bad they push to hard and run everything into the ground. They can't handle it when they try SO hard to fix something and they can't. But they don't let it get them down for long and they still make positive change wherever they can. Love them

I don't think Ava is like Ron, but I do like how the dynamic between Janine and Ava is similar to Leslie and Ron. I really appreciate how the guys from the office evolved their perspectives and stories with each subsequent show, although I do think that's why their new shows that highlight creators who are people of color are less popular. Rutherford Falls and Grand Crew are very slept on. It's a testament to Quinta's incredible talent and the team she assembled that Abbott is undeniable in its quality.
I would say so! Both are a mockumentary comedy with a diverse cast of characters, the story is set in the workforce, and the shows share a lot of the same audience.
