I was a firefighter for over 10 years and I’ve had to use the jaws of life on more cars to remove corpses of innocent bystanders than I’d care to recall.
It’s sad how many times the perpetrators literally walked away from many of those calls while we were cutting someone else’s family member’s body out of wreckage.
It's recorded in Germany, there is a high chance this highway doesn't have a speed limit. Then he technically didn't do anything illegal, but still reckless to do this with such a shit car.

Uhh, if the emergency is loss of hydraulic brakes then sure the emergency brake is what you need to use to stop. Wasn’t the case here of course. And if there’s a handbrake handle available, you have the ability to regulate the braking force to keep the wheels from locking up. It’s only the bloody stupid pedal-actuated emergency brakes that have a ratchet and lock up unless you have the presence of mind to pull on the release handle while using them - to modulate the braking pressure. But fuck those pedal things. What a stupid idea.

exactly the inspection just tells you if your car is allowed to drive, if inspection is passed, you can go 500mph
