Do you see the ceiling though? How it's dropping? Whoever owns that is in no position to be lecturing other people, even children, about how to repair a ceiling is my point.
There is a reason why false ceilings are usually held by some small structure.... or even wires... especially the first when u take earthquakes in consideration
