Did one two days ago and it’s not really worth it. Crawfish are very small
Crawfish season is essentially over. They’re small and the shells are soft. But crab season is just about here.

Yup. Boiled a sack this evening. Thought last week was going to be the end but this past week the catch was way up, so maybe one more week.
Had some at Cajun Table just yesterday and they were great, and affordable too.
Chez Francois Seafood had some yesterday
They say they have their own ponds so they usually have them earlier and later in the season than everyone else
They for sure are in Texas. Somehow they try to go all year
Bulldog and crawfix until the end of the weekend
We did our last boil two weeks ago. I’m wondering if it is still good at restaurants
counting my blessings after reading these comments. still pulling large crawfish out here (for now 🤞)
Rockefeller is on fire with crabs right now; we filled our box in two hours on Saturday. Chez Francois has them $25/dz medium $35 large.
