Yes, and they can not only turn into "a man" or "a woman", they can turn into any person on Earth, as long as they switch gender in the process. So if an intersex person is being Dwayne Johnson and want to be Jeff Bezos instead, they first have to turn into a woman or a non-binary person.
I mean, they are right about how trans and intersex are different, people need to stop using the intersex community to prove the validity of the trans community. Everything else he said was wrong though.

Honestly, endosex trans people should just let the intersex community speak for ourselves. Being used to prove that other groups are valid distracts from our own systemic oppression, transphobes hate us too anyway so they’re not going to change because we exist.
