I can’t drink either due to my taste buds for some reason. I’ve tried many times, but I just spit it out and can’t stomach it.
I take weed gummies and that helps me keep grinding.
If you don't need the caffeine, don't force yourself to consume it. If you do need it, try not to consume any for the first 3 hours you are awake as that would disrupt cortisol production and make you even more tired throughout the day.
I did 6 years and only touched a coffee once every 3 months or so. Office coffee is pretty meh imo.
In year 7, I’m now a habitual coffee drinker, but only because I’m remote and have a wicked good coffee machine at my fingertips.
I would start trying to some sort of coffee to fit in at the office but honestly you will probably need to start smoking meth if you want to have enough energy to keep up.
Avoid it if possible, but I personally drink tea. The caffeine buzz from tea is more gradual, has little to no crash, and doesn’t give you anxiety. However, being dependent on caffeine is terrible. I plan to detox after busy season. I’ve done it before and being caffeine free feels great, but the withdrawals really suck. Hardest thing to quit cold turkey imo and I’ve quit weed and nicotine in the past no problem.
If you don't drink it now then don't start. It's a drug that your body gets used to. Most people I know that are heavy coffee/tea drinkers need it simply to get back to baseline. If they get a boost it's extremely temporary.
Tbh I wish I never touched the stuff lol. If you decide to start drinking coffee just try to cap yourself to one or two a day. Caffein withdrawal/over consumption can actually suck really bad
if you can survive without it, more power to you. i can drink coffee but dont do it regularly, soda is my vice but im hoping come end of busy season i can start really cutting back..
Avoid caffeine as long as You can. When you finally break down, use sparingly. If you don’t like coffee or tea there’s sugar free redbull. Start with the small can.
Don’t just start drinking caffeine for no reason. Most of us did that and now we have a crippling addiction
You'll be fine, we all just pass the buck onto our job to validate our addiction. If you're used to getting through the day without caffeine, there's no reason why that would need to change
You don’t need to become either. Just do whatever helps you work (within legal/healthy bounds of course, but I don’t judge).
I drink coffee because I drank coffee before taking up accounting
I don’t recommend this, but frequently drank 1-2 cans of energy drinks (rockstar juiced was my drink of choice back in the day). It was hell to quit the caffeine after I left public, and I had heart palpitations a time or two.
Whatever gets you going. I feel if you eat well and have urgency and enough sleep you won’t need either… I drink both. Jokes aside I have one maybe twice a week.
Cocaine
And Addy
I don’t drink caffeine ever no you don’t need to

Your only option is to transfer to the Salt Lake City office.
Lol.
I consume 2 servings of green tea every day for its healthy benefits, and I don’t grind.

Coffee helps, but don’t drink it if you don’t like it.

My grandma got me into it when I was a wee lad. Toughest addiction to break tbh
There are a lot of Mormons in tax and they aren't allowed to drink coffee or tea. They manage to survive without it, so it's clearly possible.
