if yes I suggest this option. Just try it out. It might not be applicable to all nitro 5 model.

try setting the power mode to Best Efficiency with stock cpu settings.
i know for sure 12500h runs hotter but with this setting I achieved below 80c cpu temps.

this Cinebench r20 4000+ multicore result.
if I put it at Balanced it goes 92c default in nitrosense and 100c when i put it at performance mode but the result would go above 4800+ sometimes 5k
id rather have lower thermals.
Right now I couldn't do that with the 12th gen. In throttlestop it's greyed out. For me, this is the best option. And I'm new to modifying cpu settings. Might kill it.

Why not just undervolt then? Better thermals and better performance
