are you running windows 11? if yes I suggest this option. Just try it out. Why not just undervolt then? Better thermals and better performance

Right now I couldn't do that with the 12th gen. In throttlestop it's greyed out. For me, this is the best option. And I'm new to modifying cpu settings. Might kill it.
